I think roblox should switch termination into at least a yearly ban. Termination poses to many problems, such as the fact that what if the terminated account had lifetime obc, and 150k robux. It's absolutely ridiculous. If it was at least a one year ban you could say you'd still get your stuff back.
Honestly, termination is kind of silly to me.
I mean it's not like you get a refund on lifetime obc or anything............... |

If you buy roughly 350 - 400 dollars on a game just to screw around, break the rules, and get your account terminated, that's your own fault. You don't deserve a refund. Also:

Some younger kids might save up money from 4 birthdays and on the 4th year buy it.
And you can get terminated for some cheap stuff, so it's easy. |

If they save up their money, then get themselves terminated (which is very difficult to do), it's their fault. They CHOSE to use their membership unwisely and waste it by getting their account terminated. They don't deserve a refund, and it's on the ToS they and/or their parents should have read.

No, you don't deserve a refund at all.
You screw around a website that has a lot of kids playing it, and you get banned for real reasons, EVEN if you purchased hundreds of dollars on it, you deserve it.

I got a warning for asking a legitiment question.
They said if I did it again, I would get terminated. Also, it's pretty easy to get terminated and banned. |

^That's either a lie or your question was really innapropriate. They do not terminate for small reasons. They terminate for intense exploiting, making accounts to harass, bad usernames, or multiple offences against an account.
