This is a ploy made by John to stur up the community.
In reality he realizes his clan is an empty shell of lies knowing all it's done is stur up the pot and literally has done nothing but gain a bunch of members.
JC is just as relevant as VE, Rebel squad, Iron Force, etc.
Another VIP clan acting like it means something when in reality John is nothing but a passive waste who should be dispatched with haste. |

I doubt it is meant to stir anything up. It looks like a really cool idea, especially how you can exchange for actual RS. Also I cant call JC a VIP clan, every one can exchange the credits for RS, and they are going to get a fort. Right now they are using this as an opportunity to explore roleplay instead of most clans which the closest they go to roleplay is:
"omg rcl me 1v1 scrub"
