So this idea is based on group payouts. Obviously. What if you could divide the percentage of group payouts into ranks?
So we currently are given the option to give certain members of the group a payout. Sometimes in groups such as clothing, you would like your designers to earn some type of profit. If you are given a percentage to a rank, it will divide it equally among the amount of members on that rank.
Ex: Designers - 20%
Board of Directors - 40%
Owner - 40%%
There are 5 designers. Each designer will get 4%. If a designer is added (making it 6) each designer would get 3.33%.

How come only designers get payed. How come OFIA and OFN don't get paid when they do more work. |

Support. In competition groups like the PF community, would give them gifts with robux to the winners by the ranks and it will be more easier.
