Even with solid modeling some shapes are hard to make on roblox. I would like to make models in blender save them as a .obj and upload them to roblox as a mesh. Making custom meshes will allow me and other devs to make more complex games and models.

This used to be a thing, but was removed because people had supposedly made inappropriate meshes. I hope this feature comes back, though.

Autodesk 3DS Max 2017 is where it is at.
Support, if multiple formats is supported.
Another off-hand format, rather than .obj, is .csv, which is the EXACT same format as .obj.

It is possible, using CSG.
@LightFantom, you COULD do inappropriate stuff in Studio, but it will ban your account if you publish it on ROBLOX.

But 3DS Max is just better at everything else.
Plus, I make vertex mods for Sm4sh, so it is required.

3ds max 1,000+ per year. Blender free. Also blender is good at animations. Oh and blender has a huge community

The exact same goes with 3DS Max, but 3DS Max has more functionality with specific vertex editing, unique only to 3DS Max, and required to mod Sm4sh. (And costs way more money lol)

I used to pirate Xenoblade when I was younger, but now I bought my own Japanese copy from Amazon.
Amazon Warehouses are RIGHT near me, so I guess I could just dumpster-dive for treasures.
