[INTRODUCTION]
Yeah, I screwed up. With the reputation that HLS has earned, I'm guessing you could really care less. But now, I'll do my best to be more mature and improve my bad qualities. I'll listen to all of you guys when you need me. We're rebuilding HLS. Having this happen is a learning experience for me. It's about time I step up my game before I get fired. Let's make HLS better one step at a time.
[DIRECTOR ELECTIONS]
Let's start with getting a Director! Sometimes I really don't understand you guys. You got mad when I did surveys but I feel like you'll be happy when I give you guys a chance to vote for the new Director of HLS. With that being said, we're doing elections for the Director of Homeland Security.
The elections start on Monday, which is 7/4/16.
Requirements:
-You must only campaign in Harford or on the Docklands group wall
-Your account age must be over 100
-You must have a speech that is written on the ROBLOX forums
-Each person may only post a wall post once on every page of the group wall
-Your supporters must have the word "Support" clearly written as a reply to your thread in order to be counted as a vote
-You must be a Docklands citizen
-You must only campaign after the elections start or risk disqualification
-You must not be a Prisoner/Criminal/Arrest on Sight
-You cannot be ranked Cabinet or anything above
-You must not be the head of another department or subdivision
-You must have a Skype account used for ROBLOX

If you lost all hope in HLS, then you should keep in mind that the destiny of HLS is created by the Director that is chosen. It's never too late to fix things up. HLS is what the Director makes it.

[CONCLUSION]
We're pushing HLS to its fullest potential. This starts with the new Director and who you vote for! Let's make HLS the best it can one step at a time. HLS isn't getting anywhere without what the citizens want, and what we need is a Director that the citizens want.
