OG POSTS: There should be some type of rule or something that basically forces the player to play for you. The intention of drafting someone is 9/10 of you wanting them to play for you. It's not just "oh I wanted to go to _____ so I'm not coming to any games, might as well trade me" nhl is nothing like that. Don't get my wrong I'm not comparing this game to nhl in any way really it's just we should have some rules that can balance the league better.
i say we start a legit petition or just speak to the BoD about it, this way people won't claim "I'm inactive" or "I retire" just to get force traded without any reason.
Anyone that refuses to play for a specific team without there being a valid reason should have a 10 game suspension. If they choose to retire that means they can't come back. (Badcole)

This way it won't end up with the teams fft'ing a lot (not wanting to show cause they "hate" the team).
A more "even" season for both hhcl and pghl.
If they purposely don't show with captain proof of some sort, suspension (at most 10 games, if serious).
If the team is doing fine there shouldn't be a reason you want to leave unless captain abuse or something along the lines of that.
Any threats of "retiring" should be taken seriously. if you're gonna say "i'm retired if you don't trade me" then you shouldn't come back AT ALL.
Lastly, If it's about TOI or just not liking the players just tell the coach and stop crying on the walls.

either take the L with the trash players or the players that didn't want to play for you that you drafted |

You have good intentions, but there is an unwritten rule when drafting in the hhc.
Don't draft someone that doesn't want to play for the team. |

Me and satroma don't always see eye to eye but I agree with this. I'm sick of people not playing because they don't get on their friends team or think someone's a bad captain so they don't even give it a chance. I've seen a lot Of teams that are STACKED with a new or semi new captain and none of the players play for that captain so that team ends up being like NYI. It shouldn't matter who the captain is every player should still give a team a chance. So what if u hate the captain ur team could end up being a cup contending team but the league would never know because of all the kids who cry cause they don't get what they want. TBH this league has turn into really fun to a daycare. Everyone cries so much about what team they want to be on they don't even play anymore and it just makes it a boring league because it turns from 12 teams in each conference who can fight for the cup to maybe 6. I've played on the worst team in both leagues and I gotta say it's very fun. When u don't have to worry about losing or missing playoffs it's a lot of fun to be able to play and just mess around have fun and when u best a top team watch them rage because they thought the game was going to be a walk in the park. Everyone needs to remember this is a video game and it shouldn't matter what team just play. Unless the captain is a TOI hog or something terrible then it's understandable to want to be traded but u never give it a try so how would u know? |

If the team ends up being trash then fine u can ask for a trade the point is people whine about the team they are on before season even starts and when u look at their roster it's stacked. Then the captain trades all those players away because they won't play and they turn in NYI. I'm saying give it a chance before u cry about it also a win isn't everything it's an online video game those 2 virtual points and that virtual cereal bowl really means a lot |

i asked for a trade 3 months ago in the computer goalie league and pm'd alk about the player abuse 2 months ago, but you know nothing has been enforced about it yet. i can own a team with a bunch of good players that doesnt want to play for me hostage |
