Support, my alt laptop lags pretty bad when I run roblox, and my gaming pc sometimes can't run games at max settings despite being able to run games like JC3, FO4 and more at near max settings.

They ought to focus on both. It would be nice if they added advanced graphics settings so the user can customize all of the details, rather than just having a stupid slider thing.
Honestly, most games on Roblox are pretty ugly even when on level 10 graphics. I believe an advanced graphics settings feature would benefit both low-end and high-end users. |

if you can run just cause 3 at almost max settings you can run roblox at max settings on all games.

I remember when I played roblox a year ago around, same computer, didn't crash, my computer is still bad but now sometimes while I play my computer actually crashes.. on roblox.. |

This. My computer CAN'T run JC3 at max settings - at least - not at 60 fps (lol poorly optimized Denuvo garbage), and it can still handle ROBLOX at max settings at 60 fps on all games. I would rather they focus on graphics instead of making the game uglier. You should not expect to be able to play any modern games with a 150 dollar laptop you bought 10 years ago.
The entire game's visuals should NOT be held back just because some people expect to be able to run it at max graphics on their Intel HD processors. |

I have a MacBook Pro, have it on minimal settings, and it still lags sometimes.

Support. There should be settings like not just graphic quality but also like, disabling shadows and all that.

A iPad 3 can easily run Roblox like its nothing.
I know that because I used to play Roblox on the iPad 3 in early 2016 |

If you are saying to remove visuals in favor of performance, no support. If you are saying add more customizable and advanced graphics settings, support. If you can run Dolphin but not Roblox at min settings, you may want to get your computer checked out by a professional.
