Hello. My name is TheProGama, a Commander from DPD. Here I will talk about a thing trending around which inactive commanders are getting HR in DPD. When ever a commander goes on just to check what's happening in DPD, they see a MR training. Most of our commanders, work until they get, well, commander. After they get commander, they go out and abandon DPD. Not going to any trainings, not patrolling or coming to Harford at all. They all somehow make it to the MR training. There should be a test MR Commanders take, just a exam, not an obby, to see if commanders are active. There should be a 1 day notice, to see whos online, and whos not. Those who have inactive notices, should go with the people who don't do the MR test. If you don't pass the MR test the first time, you should be promoted to retake. If you don't even try to take it, or you failed it and keep failing, you should be demoted to MR Colonel. Also, there should be a age limit on the MR test. You should at least be 350+ days old to attend. You also shouldn't have body colors. What is the chances that you will go to training hosted by: CoolKid1321312414 and when you get there, he has body colors on, and the trainees have the actual uniform. This is un-professional. If you attend the MR training, you must meet these requirements: 350+ Age, Uniform pants and shirt (NO BODY COLORS), you have realistic hats. If you reach these requirements, and you don't look weird, or have a weird name (Ex: coolepicawesomekid) you can attend the MR training, and you might be promoted.
