Below is the Tier 3 training guide. In the shout, here is an example:
"Tier 3- Airport Staff training NOW at the Training Center!", same goes for the others, it should only be one rank training at a time. Not a tier 3 training as a whole.
For Tier 3, there is no real "set plan".
Tier 3 is Evaluation and Flight test. For these, you simply have them practice and master their duties according unto their rank. This tier is mainly a feedback tier. Instructors should give feedback to the cadets as to what to do better or what they are doing good!
