Summary: I was a hopeful for the Senate when the election for Class II senators was announced on the 13th. The rules were clearly stated on a forum provided below, all of which I followed. I acquired the required 20 signatures and a few extra, then I sent my information to the FEC account. When the deadline had come, I was not on the ballot, despite my registration having no errors.
I am accusing the FEC of: Denying me my right to run for public office. Violating its own regulations on elections.
Evidence:
A) This is the forum posted by the Chairman of the FEC specifically for the Senate Class II election. It states the following:
REGISTRATION
In order to run and have your name placed on the ballot, you must create a forum thread that announces your candidacy and receive at least 20 signatures. Once you have achieved the required amount of signatures, please fill out the following form and send it to “JodyAI” in a private message.
Username: INSERT
Political Affiliation: INSERT
Signature Thread: INSERT
IN ADDITION, this is a link to the official FEC rules. The rule they violated was Section IV, 6-i, ii, and iii.
Here is the section
(6) Commissioners may establish the electoral rules for general elections, but the main ones remain as it follows:
(i) Each candidate shall create a forum to gain signatures. The content of the forum does not matter as long as it announces the candidacy of the said person. The amount of signatures shall be chosen by the FEC, but shall not be lower than 15 or higher than 25;
(ii) After gaining their signatures, the candidate shall send the forum link and their political affiliation to the election representative/host. All signatures will be checked by the FEC according to the Constitution in order to make sure that every voter/supporter has a valid account;
(iii) All candidates that acquired the amount of needed signatures and submitted their forum before the time limit, are officially put on the election ballot

B) My forum announcing my candidacy with 20+ signatures. Here, you will see a total of 22 signatures, with 1 troll post and one signature censored by roblox. If that signature had been visible, the total would be 23.

D) This is my PM to the JodyAI account. The content is what the regulations ask for. https://www.roblox.com/library/615138041/Evidence-PM-to-FEC-account
Conclusion: As you can see, everything I had done was in accordance with the FEC. There is no reason why I should not have been included on the ballot for the election.
Why I want to pursue this: The United States here on Roblox is an incredible example of adolecents and young adults coming together and creating their own government modeled after the United States. We are a republic with democratic principals which I strongly believe in here and in the outside world. The violation that has happened to me is unacceptable and hypocritical if our nation is to claim to be truly free and democratic. Thus, this problem, if unsolved, will continue to deny new citizens from participating in government.

Actually you're wrong.
You only received 15 official signatures.
As the signatures have to be from people who are within nUSA.
1 was an alternative account
6 were not in nUSA
15 were from official nUSA citizens.
so now you can stop complaining because you only got 15 official signatures gg |

"As the signatures have to be from people who are within nUSA."
The Electoral Law does not state that those who sign must be from nUSA. Additionally, the constitution does not discuss signatures. |

Have a read of this: 18 U.S. Code 611 - Voting by aliens
Signatures on a forum are considered votes as you need to get a specific number of signatures (votes) to be able to pass onto the next stage.
and our constitution is edited for ROBLOX and you're reading off the real one. |

"Signatures on a forum are considered votes"
After reviewing the FEC rules, no where did it state that signatures were votes.
Additionally, they did not incorporate 18 U.S. Code 611 in the electoral law.
I understand the constitution has been modified to fit Roblox's needs, but I have never seen it consider signatures in any of its paragraphs.
Side note: There is an issue with out constitution at the moment. It is currently unavailable to look at due to an "error" that prevents anyone from opening the document. If there is an alternate link, I would appreciate having it. |

this is a GREAT case omg
its gonna set the precedent for the next however many years
the courts cant imply that signatures need to be from nusa citizens
so theyre gonna favor kodiac, or theyre gonna use judicial activism and favor the FEC
