-Something with the Linked Sword that I think should be updated is the sword damaging other players when it hits their objects that they are holding. For example, if two people are swinging the sword, and both their swords collide, then they both get damaged even though the swords didn't touch their characters directly. Or if my friend is holding an object and I hit the object with the sword, it damages him regardless if the sword hit him throughout the lunge or not. -I think Hat Weight should be increased. The reason why is because when you lunge, you get boosted up naturally. That's how the sword has always worked. Now it requires more Hat Weight to counter the boost. For example, if the boost is 20 Newtons of force upward, then a 16 Newton hat would make it so you only get boosted up 4 Newtons. This would really improve fighting with the linked sword. I am suggesting this because I feel like it would be good to have a standard among groups that fight using linked swords. Each one has their own type with slight changes, and it causes discord and disagreements when these groups fight one another. If there would be a standard then everyone could agree on, then it would benefit the community immensely.

the problem with this is that roblox will have the change to collision of objects on ALL GAMES which would ruin many games what would be better is to script it yourself!

Bump Like I said in the main post, there should be a standard among each and every sword group that uses linked swords. And the only way for a standard to exist is if Roblox does it. Clans are dying, to be honest. And this would really help. I know there's a way that Roblox could do it. Anyone else can do it, but no one will accept it if it's not Roblox.

Bumping again. Also, from an economic standpoint, it would actually make Roblox money. Updating the sword and thus setting a standard, medieval and sword clans would finally end their disputes and war each other and raid again, thus making groups more active. More activity means more robux and BC being bought for ads and uniforms and the like. More of that brings more members, which means more BC and robux bought, and then those people tell their friends about it and then more robux and BC bought. So if Roblox is looking for an incentive, then this is it.

Bump And I know it's scriptable, but the point is all the sword clans won't accept a standard unless it's from Roblox themselves. And there are a lot of groups that use the linked sword, such as medieval groups and modern+futuristic sword clans. If Roblox does this it'll help the clan community, and in turn they'll make money from it.

Bumping again @Disaster it's not how much damage itself the sword dishes out, it's that you get damaged when the sword doesn't even hit you, but hits the object you're holding. Creating a standard would be beneficial to the group community and make Roblox more money.

You guys read the main post but the not the replies. The point is that is that a standard can only come from Roblox. That's how everyone will accept it. If someone else does it, then only few will accept it. Also, swords from Auto Duels have their flaws as well. They completely removed the boost, which has played an integral part in sword fighting since 2007. Bump
