I get this problem where whenever I try to play a game on Roblox, I get the following error details: ############### failed for GET #############roblox.com/version?guid17182, Error Code: 6. I first restarted my computer and still got the same problem so I attempted to uninstall Roblox through the Control Panel. However, I couldn't uninstall Roblox because it would give me another error, preventing me from uninstalling it. The error details are the same as the first one except that the numbers after guid are different. The numbers were 29021. So I deleted the Roblox files by going to This PC/OS(C:)/Users/(my computer login)/AppData/Local and I deleted the Roblox folder. I tried to reinstall Roblox but whenever I download the Roblox Player Launcher and try to install Roblox, I get another error. This error is the same as the other errors except that the numbers after guid was different yet again. This time I got 28984. As far as I can tell, I can't install Roblox anymore if that error keeps appearing and I don't know what is up with all of these errors that I am getting. (here is some of what is blocked out and note that it is all together, # t t # # # # n R e q u e s t) (# t t p : / / s e t u p . ) Some of what is blocked out is the beginning part of a website if you know what I mean (aka the HyperText Transfer Protocol). If you abbreviate it, you'll know what I mean. The word before request is open. I am using Windows 10 by the way.

It can't be a virus because I just did a scan and it didn't detect any. This computer I don't think is that old either. I have tried launching Roblox on another PC that is not as powerful as this one that I am trying to run Roblox on and it works just fine. So I think it could be a hardware issue but I have no idea what is wrong with it. And it's really ridiculous how it keeps giving me errors whenever I try to install Roblox.

Whenever I try to start the ROBLOX player launcher, it gets stuck on Configuring ROBLOX, but I have no files except for the Windows 10 files.

Hm, When your friend comebacks online, ask for a screen shot from his transaction page (If he has privacy issues just make him blur out his other purchases and have your Gamepass highlighted), like honeycrafter said, if your GP isn't on his transaction page, He might be lying. Another situation, Roblox might be taking awhile to process your payment.

"I've been trying to work on a tycoon for my little brother to play on, using Zeds, and I have published it to my profile and Roblox. I've configured the game to be accessible for everyone and on console. So when I log into my roblox account on xbox, the created game is there and I am able to play it. HOWEVER, when I go to invite him or anyone I can't, the option is disabled. And with other games is pulls your party into the game, mine doesnt as well. I've talked to some developers and they've never had the issue, they just check console and it works.. Does anyone have the answer? Would be greatly appreciated!"

The Help forum section is not designed for threads like this, honeycrafter. If you really want to help people, do some actual research first before trying to give bogus fixes, and then reply to the other rule-abiding threads.

I have a problem, For each time I plug in my headphones the sounds work, after I plug out the other apps work, but ROBLOX doesn't. My volume for all websites and Roblox isn't muted, my headphones aren't old. Please explain how this is happening, I don't have much to say, My type is Windows 10.

@EmberFox2000 This is a very odd issue, try another computer. I've found another thread on this issue: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=170960357, but no fix has been found.

I've found a fix on a website called "Toms Guide" try this: "I had trouble with the Razer software and disabled it, allowing windows to use the headphones. Try it." I've found a tutorial on how to disable it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gRVEwcKPYs if this issue still isn't fixed, try the Razor support forum, it might help
