In the kingdom of Nerion, there is a small village called Altori. Many things will happen here, and they aren't going to be normal.
(tiny intro, I know. This is a medieval thread, if you aren't posting anything useful or constructive, don't post it.)
NO KILLING unless it is your own character or have permission from me. If you and another person work out for one character to kill the other, at least notify me.
The ENTIRE thread takes place in the village, the woods around it, the lake, and the crypts. you can come from outside, but only flashbacks and stories aobut the outside. you can leave, but PLEASE no big detail, ok? (and I made up the village, not you. don't go taking aobut things I never mentioned.)
(I WILL work out for everyone to have their own 'event' the thread has no exact plot, but many events. revolving around something explained when the RP starts.)

Why you came to Altori: Things were getting out of hand at old village.
Appearance: Cloak that shades the face so you can only see mouth and neck.
Bio: Born an orphan and raised an archer. Raised in his village until the crime rate sky-roccketed. He was targeted so he left to The village of Altori.

Gear: A pouch with a few gold coins and he carrys some bread and a water skin
Weapons: "Silver strike" his familys sword
Why you came to Altori: Was exiled from his own village but was framed so he went here and tryed to make a new life for himself
Appearance: About 6 feet tall and medium weight. He also has strange purple eyes which are part of a prohecy of some sort, he has black moppy hair and is white. Wears a black and white tunic with leather boots under a brown cloak. He carrys a sword under the cloak on the back of his tunic which he calls "Silver strike" which has a silver handle and and a red jewel on the pommel
Bio: Was born into the noble family gallbotrix and was trained in the way of the sword. At ag.e 16 a murderer murdered his family and framed him for it, he was then to be killed but escaped. He then went on a life changing quest for a few years before realizing that he was part of a prohecy. Quite recently he begun to stay in altori.

(You are accepted. I hope that this thread can get to a good size, and maybe become a series, anyway, I plan that everybody will get thier own chance to make a part of the plot, by having thier own. which can lead to large monsters, crazy cults, and other things.)

Gear: bright grey iron armor, enchanted so it cant break, very thin.
Weapons: very light lance, made of enchanted metal to feel like it weighs as much as a branch.
Why you came to Altori: has been living here for five years, he came because he was frightened of somehting, he never mentions it to any village member.
Appearance: usually wears leather clothing, has light brown hair, slightly long, and green eyes. His iron armor has yellow runes carved into several pieces of it.
Bio: has a mysterious past, but he knows everybody in the village, and they know him pretty well too. He has lived here for five years. (emphasizing small population) |

Appearance: His hair is blinding white, not like old peoples hair, his eyes are a topaz yellow, he is quite tall and tanned. He has a reddish-gold waistcoat with a light khaki cloak, he has sea blue shorts and light beige sandals.
Bio: Being born in the forest, he had to learn things for himself. After ten years he went out looking for a place to live, but it was a long stretch to Altori. |

Gear: Flint, canteen, pouch of money.
Weapons: Two long-swords, twenty throwing blades, and a brute 2-hander.
Why you came to Altori: He had heard it offered good swordsmanship training, and also offered high-paying jobs to teach apprentices how to use a blade effectively. He signed up for the job, and is payed five thousand gold per week. [Most of it goes to his training equipment]

Bio: A well-trained swordsman, he is considered a "Master". He started since he was three, using a simple kitchen knife. Then, at age ten, his father bought him his first dagger. Soon afterwards, his father was killed by a brute 2-hander, which Kameron soon found, and used it to slay the same man who killed his father. He kept it, and still has it. |

(Actually, Altori has no big thing its known for. if you go to a nearby city, and mention altori, most people will say 'where?' anyway I'm coming up with a good way to start.) |

Why you came to Altori: Elle came to Altori so she can begin a new life. She also enjoys flowers and hopes with the village's master's permission, she can open a flower shop.
Appearance: Shoulder length blonde hair with a black headband, red victorian-looking dress with brown boots. Dark green eyes, tan skin, Danish accent.
Bio: Elle was a huge, misorganized person at her old village. She traveled to Altori and decided it would be a good place to turn over a new leaf and start fresh.

Why you came to Altori: I didn't like the bugs in the outside world.
Appearance: Pale skin, 6'7, black hair, blue eyes, white cloak, peasant sackcloth shirt, torn trousers(?) at knees. Scars around legs, and a belt.
Bio: Had a nasty encounter with a bear, a wolf, and some other things in the outside world.Stayed in Altori for a long time.

Appearance: Long, silky orangish-red hair with curious brown/yellow eyes. a fair skin tone with a few freckles here and there, is about 100 pounds and 5'81/2. Wearing a white blouse tucked into a beige skirt that goes down to knees and moccasins.

I walked out of my houes door, I can't really call it a house, but it isn't really a cottage. I looked around the road, the other houses lined the swerving path. I thought about the church, it's there, but nobody really uses it. Thoughts of that very old mansion came to my mind, it currently had nobody living in it. I looked up in thew sky, the sun was just popping over the horizon, still melding with the mountains. A loud screech sounded, and a large bird with orange, flaming feathers flew above, it eventually went into the woods, and dissapeared over the treetops. I stood there breathless for a while. "A pheonix, one of those hasn't been seen around here in several years." |
