Than still she is not much of a friend if shes making a big fuss about her being jealous. Basically if shes already jealous, and making a big fuss about it, she is already being a bad friend, therefore they are not really "Best Friends"

The girl was really close to getting to be my bf before the girl I liked kissed me, and she thre a huge fit, and stopped being her friend until I had a talk to her.
