N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-NO Chrome OS is designed to run soley off of web apps. Is ROBLOX a webapp? Nope! So no. Chrome OS is too far ahead of its time.

@amdintel No. Not profit. Chrome OS cannot in any way read DEB or RPM files that Debian or openSUSE could read. And Roblox could run if it run in the browser (WebGL)

ROBLOX has probably learned enough from their Mac experience to be smart enough to not do something similar with Linux.

"*boots up hacked build of chromeOS* *installs wine and roblox* ??? Profit!" There's a problem in your second step. You can't install WINE on Chrome OS. Anyways, there's also Chromium OS.

'@amdintel No. Not profit. Chrome OS cannot in any way read DEB or RPM files that Debian or openSUSE could read. And Roblox could run if it run in the browser (WebGL)' Deb and RPM files are just the binarys, libraries and other things the program needs to run. You could make your own installation package - I have, you install the installer, then run "woof program.woof". Also, you can install dpkg onto openSuSE or rpm on Debian, zypper on Debian and Yum on openSuSE. ChromeOS can run binary files, so if ROBLOX was ported to Linux, you could. Boot off of a live USB stick, place the files in the correct places as defined in the data section of an unpackaged .deb file, run the preinstall stuff, and add a link in /etc/init.d, restart the computer, and it will run the startup programs and ROBLOX, allowing you to play ROBLOX. '"*boots up hacked build of chromeOS* *installs wine and roblox* ??? Profit!" There's a problem in your second step. You can't install WINE on Chrome OS. Anyways, there's also Chromium OS.' You can install wine on Chrome OS. See my steps in my last few paragraphs. Just set it up following the ROBLOX steps minus the /etc/init.d part, and you technically have it installed.

"Then don't use ChromeOS. How could it possibly be any better than windows, if you can't do anything?" - It boots in 15 seconds. - The browser is supar fast. Tell me, on your computer, what do you use most? Every program other than your browser or your browser? I already know the answer: your browser.

Pretty much what Oysi said. ChromeOS is not going to fill your needs as your primary machine anytime soon. Its just not useful enough. Stop suggesting random things which do not help anyone. ~Sorcus

The key phrase is "anytime soon". Chrome OS has major potential,it's just that the web tecnology hasn't evolved enough to be able to fully replace desktop apps. And it will be a long time until that happens. Google Nacl is a step towards that, though.
