First off, to introduce what this is. This is the Employee Handbook/Guide. If you are any rank in either The Mafia Films Corporation, The Mafia Films Motion Picture Company, or in The Mafia Films Filming Academy, then this is necessary to read. This will be time-taking, so stay with me here. I will accurately explain everything in our group that will be necessary to know. Some of this information is given to Students in The Filming Academy via The Professor’s Curriculum Thread. This entire thread covers about everything I can think of, and lasted 2 months in the making. We talk about the Filming academy in certain areas here and there, but the specific guide is located in another thread.

There are 3 different groups in The Mafia Films as a whole.

The Mafia Films Filming Academy is where our members are first trained in a total of 6 curriculum options, which are stated in the thread: [:\_The Mafia Films Filming Academy_/:] Guide.
The Mafia Films (Motion Picture Company) is where we make our movies/videos. All our movie crews are put into this group.
The Mafia Films Corporation is where the big business is organized. The top ranks and executives are found in this group.

NOTES: Workers in The Mafia Films have no control over Students. The Human Resource Manager does not control any ranks directly, but has the ability to exile/demote. CEO’s do not control anybody directly, but can make decisions that affect the whole group. Only The President and Vice President have true direct control. Actress/Actors are controlled by The Director and Script Supervisor. The Script Supervisor does not control the Script Writer. The Directors do not control the Movie Critics, but can control lower ranks that The Art Director, and Script Supervisor control, and Actors.
SECTION IV.
There are some ranks that do have control over other ranks. Mainly for the Chain of Command, and also for the Monthly Update Procedure (see Section 12). They must control the ranks they have authority over following the rules. Even though some ranks are higher up the Chain of Command, they may not control any ranks despite that high status.
SECTION V.
FILMING ACADEMY RANKS WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE FILMING ACADEMY GUIDE.
MOVIE COMPANY RANKS:
ACTRESSES/ACTORS: These are the people starting off in the movie business on the videos on YouTube. Their job is to Act. They do not control anybody. Their only responsibility is to listen to the command chain, and follow all the rules.
PROP BUILDERS: These are people starting off in the sub-division of building. Their job is to build small props needed. They do not control anybody. Their only responsibility is to listen to the chain of command, and follow all rules.
COSTUME DESIGNERS: These are people who create the luxurious costumes we use in our videos. Their job is to create unique clothes needed for us. Their only responsibilities are to follow The Costume Pricing Procedure, listen to the command chain, and follow all the rules.
STAGE HANDS/SET DESIGNERS: These people do the really hard work of Building beautiful scenery and magnificent sets for our videos. Their job is to create unique sets, using props built by the Prop Builder, and their own building. They hold Control over the Prop Builders. Their responsibilities are organize with the Prop Builders to create a set, use Decals on their building if requested by specifically The Art Director, listen to the chain of command, and follow all rules.
ART DIRECTORS: These people have a difficult job in organizing colorful and captivating imagery we use in our movies. Their job is to create Decals, Faces, and even build to a certain extent, unique art that we use on our sets. They hold control over The Costume Designers, and the Stage Hands/Set Designers. Their responsibilities are to organize the building of sets, make sure if decals are needed that they are put on the building by the Stage Hands/Set Designers, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
SCRIPT WRITERS: These people are the ones that truly make our videos the most interesting. Their job is to create original screenplays (see Section 17) for us. They do not control anybody. Their responsibilities are to make specific screenplays, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
PRODUCERS: These people are definitely the real movie makers creating ultimate videos. Their job is to put together footage from video clips into one final product, with very close connections with the Script Supervisor and the Director. They do not control anybody. Their responsibility is to produce a single video from a collaboration of clips, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
DIRECTORS: The true heads of our company, and the ones who unite every rank under 1 production. Their job is to direct the completion of a final project production. These people have so far the most control, controlling The Producer, Script Supervisor, and the Art Director. They can control the lower ranks that the others control directly also, and can form their own Film Crew (See Section 8, Section 12). The responsibilities of the Director are to create deadlines for the ranks they control, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
CORPORATION RANKS:
MOVIE CRITICS: These people truly decide how good our films are. Their job is to criticize films based on Critiquing Protocol (see Section 12). They control no one. Their responsibilities are to criticize our films or other films they are assigned to by the Chairman of The Board, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
BUSINESS PARTNERS: These people are a conglomerate of Investors/Donators, Allies, or Important People whom want to see how we run our corporation. Their Job is to act as an Ambassador for their group, or their own private interest. They do not control anyone in our company. Their Responsibilities are to follow the Business Partner Terms & Agreements (see Section 20), and follow all our rules.
SCRIPT SUPERVISORS: These people have an important role similar to Directing. Their Job is to make sure the Filming Crew (see Section 8) is directly following the Screenplay. They do not directly control anyone normally, unless they are not following the script. Their responsibilities are to instruct each film crew member what the script says, direct the film crew if needed, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
DIRECTORS OF ADVERTISING: These people are honestly the 3rd most important rank that we need. Their job is to run our ads using their own money, with some small donation from our money resources. They do not control anyone. Their responsibilities are to run Public Relations Campaigns (see Section 12) in an effort to pick up donators, new members, and business partners, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 9), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS: This is probably the 2nd most important rank to ever earn in our company, and the one with the most work out of them all. Their jobs are to Handle any Complaints by people who want to file lawsuits or are complaining, organize paperwork, and exile/demote/promote people. They do not control anyone directly, but handle their ranks. Their responsibilities are to file Important Documents (see Section 12), handle complaints, control rank promotions/demotions/exilements, File all Biweekly Website Codes, File all Leave-of-Absence Requests/ Retirement Requests (see Section 19), fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS (CEOS): These people are the core of our corporation. Their jobs are to vote on new ideas/bills they agree with, or disagree with, and give a passionate speech on the CEO floor why they support/oppose the measure/project. They do not directly control anyone, but affect the group as a whole on their decisions. Their responsibilities are to accurately express their opinion on new initiatives, listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD: This person is the Head CEO. This rank’s job is to consult with the CEO about new initiatives that people are suggesting, and rule their final decisions to the Vice President. They control the CEO directly. Their responsibilities are to organize new ideas/projects/business alliances in a Voting Format (see Section 15), give the final ruling to the Vice President, Assign a Film to the Movie Critics, Confirm Alliance Requests if made by an Ambassador, fill out the Monthly Update Form (see Section 12), listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
THE VICE PRESIDENT: This person is the 2nd highest in the Chain of Command. This rank’s job is to file Investment Deals (see Section 12). They control every rank. Their responsibility is to fill in for The President, file Investment Deals, listen to the Chain of Command, and follow all rules.
THE PRESIDENT: The top, the Head Cheese, The Mafia Don. Their responsibility is to oversee every aspect of every group in The Mafia Films, and completely have solid control over everyone. They control everyone. Their responsibility is to oversee every group, file the Monthly Update Form (see Section 19), update any forms, Assign CEO duty, and act on any other job they wish to do.
Whew! You still alive? That was torture to read all that. The sad part is that was barely a cut out of this chunk of thread.
SECTION VI.
Promotions are a bit complicated in our company, mainly because for most ranks, there isn’t another level on the ladder you can climb, unless you are selected for CEO duty. You must graduate from the Academy to move onto the Movie Company. Specific People will then move on up into the Corporation’s lower rank of Movie Critic. To be promoted, you must first fill out a Promotion Request Form (see Section 12) or must have been picked as a CEO

SECTION VII.
At The Mafia Films, any member will be randomly picked for CEO duty, either through promotion, or if in the main group, will be asked to Request. We do not organize CEO duty for sake of more paperwork, and only the President may do this as such. People picked to be a CEO will follow their regular responsibilities, and also go to important meetings for voting. 1 member will be picked to stay on permanently out of 1 cycle (A Quarter, see Section 17). Approximately 8 CEO’s will be picked. Once one cycle is over, they will be promoted from their former rank.

A Director has his own “Film Crew.” Whether or not he wants to make a group for his film crew will depend on if he is approved to from filling out the Film Crew Request Application (see Section 12). They must have a rank for each rank, excluding Movie Critic if they choose. Otherwise it would have to be a Rank named Movie Critic/Actors. We just recommend for the sake of saving a couple of R$ you just write it down on Notepad or Word Express.
RULES OF THIS:
I. You cannot make a group without being approved
II. The Director is responsible for planning meetings with his film crew
III. The Logo must be This One () with your Group Name under it.

SECTION IX.
The Mafia Films was started in September of 2009 by DonCurrency, a visionary of his time. After he saw Roblox movies were a big substantial opportunity, DonCurrency created The Mafia Films. The Company created its First Film that was deleted: December 21, 2012 The End of Roblox. During this time, DonCurrency met Ultrazz, leader of ZZR Studios, with his ally Reveger123 of RE Studios and Director of Robux-Soft RoYeL. RoYeL created The RE-Studios Logo, then our own, which is still used partially today. Then, the Official First Film was created: Carlo County Outlaws. After The Currency Absence (When DonCurrency left Roblox...then Returned), the movie company would come to life anew with The GodBuilder. Times however, got difficult. Gaffes by DonCurrency lead to 2 film wars. One with RE Studios, dubbed The RE-TMF War. Don Currency met before this a man by the name of QRAStudios, whom was a fledgling new movie person. He decided to help him, and eventually he grew in popularity. However, QRA betrayed the entire movie industry, pulling a prank that destroyed his friendship with everyone. A Mafia Don by the name of SgtSisti, who worked for Don, betrayed him after listening to QRA’s story. The QRA-TMF war nearly became into a real war instead of a simple film war. After many court appearances, it was decided that QRA would have taken control over The Mafia Films, which he at one time stated he did. Don didn’t give up when things were down, and a fierce fight, bringing 2 other people involved by the names of Florida22 and UnsuitableRequiem into this mess. Finally it ended with the collapse of QRA studios from spotlight, and the recession of RE Studios. The Mafia Films fell to pieces as well, and ZZR was splintering. Don decided to spend some time elsewhere. With the start of Don Currency's new empire, he left the movie company world for a Second time. When he was wealthy enough, he restarted everything completely new, pushing forward December 21, 2012 The End of Roblox remake, which was in pre-production for 3 years. More war would be ahead though. 3 new people entered the movie business. SonicSpire49796452 of Spire Industries, Rick120 of Rick Roll’d Productions, and Llunet, with mentionable names like KrisBush15 of WRS Studio, Head Shot Studios, and XPantion Studios. A war almost broke out again involving gigantic argument caused by 2 troublemakers by the names of Florida22, Sasuke12377, and Madformerspro. A crackdown happened in Spire Industries after Don alerted SonicSpire. Unfortunately, Rick120 refused to stop his member arguing, and so hostile negotiations were placed with the formation of the first-ever Movie Industry Resolution #1: The Intervention into Rick Roll’d Productions. Rick120 broke this agreement, and kicked out the Inverventionalists, sparking true signs of a War erupting, and war was declared. The Rick-Mafia War erupted. Negotiations finally ended the madness; however the 3 nuisance members still plagued the group after the war. Because of this, the group now lies in a former shell of itself. At one point during this, Spire refused to follow Don’s leading command, and threatened a confrontation between the two super-giants. Therefore, soon after, DonCurrency left the movie world again, joining the Super-Clan world of Roblox. The group was struggling. He did re-make an HQ and update the Technology he uses, but they were down in the dumps. Then, he returned for the 4th time, and restarted everything a 3rd good luck time, finally organizing everything like never before, and paving a shining future for all of The Movie World.

SECTION XIII.
Confidentiality Agreements are for events or new projects that have been considered a big enough destabilizing shock to our entire organization. These agreements can be used by truly any member. The member sending this message and the person who it is being sent must agree to this agreement.

SECTION XIV.
A Filming War is when two opposing movie groups decide to compete in friendly-competition or compete aggressively. Like a real war, there are specific rules that must be followed in this.
1. There must be a set deadline agreed to by both sides
2. Each Side Will be Judged by The # of Likes/Favorites and Views on The Video/Film
3. Covertly sending spies into each other’s groups will not be tolerated
4. No War Clans may be called in to back each other
5. No Purposely Disrupting each other’s company in a filming environment
6. Admin Abusing is not tolerated
7. Each Group’s Members should be told to control themselves
8. Hateful Threads will not be tolerated
9. Propaganda Threads/Videos/Ads are allowed
10. Violation of these Rules can lead to a Real War
A Real War is when a Filming War evolves into involving War Clans/Taking up Arms, and Spying will happen. It is equal to a clan war.
SECTION XV.
Elections are held if there is no ere to the Vice Presidency, Presidency, or a conflict for electing those ranks including the Chairman of The Board.
To get the member involved with the members, a series of 5 debates will be held at our Movie Theater Stage. From there on, 2 days will be held on a special thread. A final vote will be counted and a winner will be determined.
SECTION XVI.
At The Mafia Films, Growth is separated into 2 different cycles. There is the Monthly Growth, the whole reason why we have a Monthly Update Procedure, and a Quarterly Growth, mainly for Investments and the CEO. The difference between the two is that:

We have a couple of Group Shout Keys that are needed to be put if you have the authority to shout. To check, on our group, click the Group Admin button.
Here is what you will put before a group shout.
[MSG]: A standard message that you may want to tell people, that aren’t specified in the other keys.
[FILM]: This is when you shout that we are filming.
[MET]: This is to shout that a meeting of some type is about to take place.
[TRAIN]: This is not-as-common, but training for filming, mostly will be used in the Filming Academy
[VID]: This is For a New Video being uploaded on YouTube.
[UPD]: This is if we update our official website, Facebook page, Twitter, or some information on YouTube
[WAR]: This is only for a Filming War Declaration being placed.
[VOTE]: This is to signal when we need to take a Vote for Elections for CEOs
SECTION XXI:
Filing Paperwork is very difficult for a lot of people. All you need to do is organize different forms by the people’s name on either Notepad or Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel would be better for this, but record the name of every single person in The Mafia Films Movie Company and Corporation. Then organize it into columns of what forums that people need to turn in, and mark if they do or do not turn them into you.

Our Business Partners must follow important Terms & Conditions, while following our normal rules. We are pro-business as possible, and are dedicated to keeping us not only being a school or filming group but a Business Corporation.
