As per the Constitution, Article I, Section III, a term of a House of Representative is four (4) months. With the recent elections of the Governor, the term has been reset to another four (4) months whereas it would be unconstitutional for the current members of the house of representative to serve through this term. A new election is taking place to prevent legal issues and to continue the flow of the proper government.
